Soon after meeting Vincent Doumeizel, who's talk we went to at Hay Festival 2022, he very kindly nominated me to become a seaweed ambassador! The seaweed ambassadors program is part of The Safe Seaweed Coalition, which aims to educate people about the incredible uses of seaweed and also to develop the fast-growing industry safely.
It is so exciting to be part of "The Seaweed Revolution" and their youngest Seaweed Ambassador.
We intend to highlight the huge potential that seaweed has to address environmental solutions, such as being a great plastic alternative, via Hidden Plastic. You can expect to see more seaweed-related features on Hidden Plastic in the future!
